Brett Dakin, HLS '03
Acting Executive Director and General Counsel of the Child Mind Institute, an independent, national nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families struggling with mental health and learning disorders. Brett previously worked at the Rainforest Alliance, Columbia Law School and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, and practiced at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
Yasmeen Hassan, HLS '94
Global Executive Director of Equality Now, a human rights organization focused on equality for women and girls. She previously worked at the United Nations Division for the Advancement of Women and practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell.
Sarah Leah Whitson, HLS '91
Executive Director of Human Rights Watch's Middle East and North Africa Division. Before joining Human Rights Watch, she worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co., and Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
