The Supreme Court at a Crossroads

 

With four new members in five years and a number of significant cases on the docket or on the horizon, the Supreme Court is going through a period of potentially historic transition.

A group of frequent Supreme Court practitioners--Paul Clement (’92), William Jay (’01), Deanne Maynard (’92), and Jeff Wall--will discuss recent developments at the Court and what it is like to argue regularly there. Kannon Shanmugam (’98) will moderate. A reception will follow the panel in Washington, DC.
