Michael Duff, a 1995 HLS graduate, is Professor of Law at Saint Louis University School of Law; Co-Director of the Wefel Center for Employment Law; and Co-Editor of the ABA Journal of Labor and Employment Law. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation; an academic fellow at the National Civil Justice Institute; and a member of the Missouri Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. He was a union member and shop steward before law school, and is the grandson of a coal miner.
Jason Stanley is the Jacob Urowsky Professor of Philosophy at Yale University; Adjunct Professor at Yale Law School; Fellow of the Information Society Project at Yale Law School; and Faculty Member for Ethics, Political Science and Economics and the Yale Program for the Study of Anti-Semitism. He is the award-winning author of books including How Fascism Works: The Politics of Us and Them, and How Propaganda Works.
Claire Prestel, a 2002 HLS graduate, is Litigation Counsel at the two-million member Service Employees International Union (SEIU), and a former Harvard Law School Teaching Fellow.
